jul 11 21-350 A Black Bear (Ursus americanus) cub climbs a white pine in Cades Cove, TN. Two other cubs are already above him. Mama bear sensed danger as was witnesses in a nearby field. She brought them safely here where they will await her return. She has left the area to lure possible danger away from them. Soon thereafter we saw another bear in the vicinity she was scouting prior.
